These microcaps have 90 days to file their 10K.
ONCI's 10K is due 1/31/2019.

I know it's a bit confusing because it's an off cycle financial reporting.

Q1, 1/31/2018, reporting on March 15
Q2, 4/31/2018, reporting on June 15
Q3, 7/31/2018, reporting on Sept. 15
Q4, 10/31/2018, reporting on Jan. 31

Q4 is not typically reported and the annual report is due in 90 days after the end of Q4. Thus, the annual report for ONCI is duel on 1/31/2019.
Q1 is due 45 days later on March 15, 2019
