Dave, While I understand yours and Brents' position on this I do think there is something to be said against a BOD that says one thing and then doesn't follow thru. I wasn't at the AGM but enough people have reported that the companies both said there would be updates and deal closings and the share holders would be kept in the loop. And that hasn't happened and it speaks of a lack of integrity on the part of those who made the statements. And if they get upset about that being said then they know they are in the wrong.
I realize that you and Mike Gold have an inside track to what is going on and can get someone to talk to when you want...the rest of us don't have that luxury. I know because I have tried and no one will return my calls. And while I very much appreciate you and Mike keeping us updated there is a valid argument for having the companies do this thru their web sites or thru PR's. It would stop the bickering, let the share holders know that at least the BOD's are looking out for them and add some integrity to the process. This hiding behind nothing is just plain wrong. ANd if the BOD at CDCH doesn't like that then maybe just maybe they should correct it.
