WMO,

Thank you for your well thought out statement even if I respectfully disagree with you on some points. Let me make this very clear. I would like a regular update as to what is going on also. Do I think there have been enough updates since the AGM. NO! I am like you wanting to know everything that is going on in every little situation. Is that practical? No!

First off, I was responding to CC who claimed CDCH BOD promised a weekly update. This didn't happen! Buy the tape or listen to Brent's recording he made while there. NO where will you find the BOD from CDCH promising to the shareholders a weekly update. That took place in the MDMN meeting and people are confusing the two or just grouping them together. So your statement of “and it speaks of a lack of integrity on the part of those who made the statements” I agree but we have to know who said it and hold them responsible! Don’t say you will do something and then don’t do it! You need to take that to the MDMN BOD or who ever made the statement! I would give them a little grace since I am sure they are busy trying to get many things done in a complicated deal and process. After all that should be their first priority. Get the JV done!

On the point of lack of integrity “let the share holders know that at least the BOD's are looking out for them and add some integrity to the process”. Since you haven't heard anything from CDCH BOD since the AGM... you are allowed your opinion and definition of how you perceive things. So we can agree to disagree.

I believe the BOD will make announcements when they have something relevant to report. If they start making announcements that are premature then we will get posters saying the BOD is putting out “fluff” PRs. Or worse yet, they will have to go back and correct something because the negotiations have changed things and we will get posters saying “they lied, that is not what their last PR stated” etc…

I would rather wait and know what they said in a PR is concrete information. Information posted should be factual and pertaining to what is in the best interest of the shareholders and that would be directly tied to the stock price heading up. Having a BOD willing to wait for this type of information before putting out a PR IMHO shows INTEGRITY!

I don’t need fluff or maybe or here is the deal on the table now but it may change, or we are meeting with X company today just so they can put out another PR saying the meeting was cancelled and is rescheduled for next week.

Yes, I believe the BOD wants this to succeed for all shareholders including themselves so why should we start thinking they are on vacation or no longer care about the shareholder just because nothing has been put out on a PR?

The negotiation probably has taken longer than ALL expected. Perhaps an update would be in order to calm people’s fears that everything is still in progress and doing well. I am not walking in their shoes so I will wait patiently and believe in their INTEGRITY because I have seen nothing to make me think otherwise.

Everything I have posted has been available through speaking to Jim Robertson. Have you tried calling him? Brent and many others have and reach him with no problem. I am sure you can too. Try mid morning and talk with him about any concern you have. He is very easy to speak with.

Thank you again for you polite post. Good luck to all of us!
David

wmo,
You can call and talk to I.R. Jim Robertson who is available to take your calls. I have spoken with him quite often.
I think patience will be rewarded. I do not believe that the companies time frame and shareholders time frame ever work at the same time or happen to the satisfaction of both. Integrity of the BOD should not be mentioned based on a shareholders time frame which is not the same as the Companies.
