I do not believe that is quite right. BLTA will not be completely revoked. Otherwise, they would have already been gone. SEC will just keep them in the greys until, if ever, new developments should occur. Also, little Tony is still President until a new 8-K is required announcing a change. Revoking is and never was written in stone by the SEC. The biggest problem for shareholders is not little Tony or the SEC or lawsuits or even the greys. But the O/S count. You know the first thing to happen if BLTA should ever even find a gas pump again, if they ever did in the first place, would be an enormous R/S, something like 1 for ?????. IMHO
