Unfortunately for BLTA and Tony, that is not the case for this registrant. This I believe a '34 Exchange Act issuer, further the registrant, is subject to Section 12(j) of the '34 Exchange Act. The registration will be "revoked" pursuant to Section (j).

redsky7, incorrect. BLTA would have been revoked by now if it were not for SEC vs. Lucia. Those who do not sell their stock before revocation will lose every dollar invested.

Just how would they partially revoke Baltia?
