CC, I saw your post before it was deleted and nothing was taken out of context by Brent. You pulled a “John Kerry” deluxe or maybe you are John Kerry! I am sure you are probably a decent person but your post sure don’t portray that and you appear to try to cast doubt, not look for answers as you claim. Brent offered to speak with you or email you in private but instead “you claim no one is playing in your sandbox fairly so Brent caused you to pick up your toys and leave”. This just shows you weren’t real interested in establishing a fair dialog.
From your last post, everything I list will be in quotes:
“I have all the respect for Mr Hoffman and the other officer of these companies”. Do you? That is why you go on to say “I believe they have limited information. I do not believe that they have all been to the properties that have the claims that the companies are to have claims on”. Further you said, “They have other parties that they rely on for all of their information”. Tell me how do you know every move these board of directors make? Do you screen all the information that comes across their desks before they get to read it? Oh, that’s right this is just what you “believe”. So, “all” their information comes from other parties? Can you please explain who these other parties are? Do they get this information by phone, fax, in person, by pony express what?
For someone who has respect for a group of board of directors you sure are portraying them as a group which does nothing except let other “parties” do the work. You brought this up before about the BOD not going down to Chile in person months ago. Tell me, who on the BOD has a degree as a geologist or mining engineer. None of them do to my knowledge so wouldn’t it make sense to have a geologist look at the property and evaluate it. Do you think the report from the geologist will look better if the BOD reads it in Chile instead of here? The BOD has appointed JJ to negotiate with the majors on behalf of CDCH and MDMN has done the same. They have also had Bruce Turner helping. Which of these two gentlemen are not qualified to get the shareholders the best deal possible? Did it look like at the AGM all the board of directors were in shock when JJ laid out the deal with Hochschild. They must have been shocked or had a real surprised look on their faces since they have such limited information about what is going on. Oh, never mind you weren’t at the AGM were you?

Why would they speak to these parties your now referring to. That is JJ’s job at this time who then reports back to the BOD of both companies for their review. I would imagine they might request some changes in the contracts or offers and back to JJ it goes who is an attorney specializing in mining laws. Doesn’t that make sense? BOD don’t go public with deals in progress! I think had you gone to the AGM you wouldn’t be saying such ridiculous things!

It has been said that they issued new stock that we all hope benifited us, why no official release of the same.” CC why can’t you wait for the information to be released? As a shareholder, I hope they line up a PR about the JV and follow it with another PR about the additional claims and keep the PRs coming. This way we can blast the NSS right out of the water causing an even bigger up tick in the PPS.

That came from the MDMN meeting. Get your facts straight!
Despite all, I still wish you all the luck and hope you prosper. But if you can’t be responsible in the things you “believe” and care to put out to the public as doubt and misrepresentations I think you should follow Mr. Hoffman’s advise and sell your shares and move on.
