When you look at all of the interest in the class 19's it should be very telling to all here.
Original DIPS were AMASSING HUGE POSITIONS in all of the preferds one COURT FORCED to sell off 800K K shares. One could guess DA BOYZ probably own 85-95% of all preferreds
TPS REFUSED to participate UNLESS the original 70/30 was in fact changed and ONLY AFTER they were allowed to PEAK BEHIND THE CURTAIN!
There was close to 3 months of behind door negotiations before the MATRIX went to 75/25%, why did they fight so hard for the other 5% if it was gonna be of NOTHING?
Why did the UNDERWRITERS of all of the paper MOVE FROM A HIGHER PRIORITY issue to a lower one and as well DECREASE their over all claim WHILE taking a lessor priority position in the payout matrix?
SEEMS pretty BOBVIOUS TO ME DA BOYZ or those in the KNOW wanted at any COST PREFFERED MARKER POSITIONS and 75% of the waterfall, IF IF IF (LMAO) there is gonna be a water fall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure how any can view this other than, IT SEEMS that those in the KNOW made the CHOICE of PREFERREDS over common!
OH and almost forgot, Whne asked how investors wanted to be paid their dividends owed them , THEY OPTED FOR SHARES IN COOP!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess most aren't seeing the writing on the wall yet!!!!!! BUT imho they will in time.
THE COMPANY SHOWED ALL HERE the PAYOUT MATRIX BEFORE THE VOTE!!!!!!!!!!! WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY so all now have no legal grounds to say I DIDN'T KNOW how to vote or I was rushed.
And I was CORNFUSED , why were any CORNFUSED I'll take 75% of a pie versus 25% any day and every day of the week
I am very very glad I made my decision long before I was RUSHED to do so and chose PREFERREDS for the bulk of my position in WAMU
WIth the interest in the 19's would could surmise that they did NOT SEE THE BULK OF THE ESTATE or the PAYOUT going to commons.
How many commons did the DIPS holds originally here??????????
