they already said the dividend was a (hoax)
they then said the "dividend" was in the form of more TRIWAY shares to SIAF shareholders (hoax)
they said there was an EX date and usual pumping that you sell and won't qualify (hoax)
they cannot "spin" anything when they have senior debt holders who hold a claim to UNLIMITED COMMON SHARES so FINRA won't allow any "spinoff" when there's no way to satisfy all of the TOXIC DEBT OWNERS and their UNLIMITED SHARES demand.
