I'm not sure if the cash dividend will have a big effect


Getting us further up PPS-wise you mean, or at all? The PPS might collapse if they stall the cash dividend, but for it to push the PPS upwards we need to know that the 2019 cash dividends will be, and that they will not be financed through dilution.
