That is because they (Ron) do not understand the roll of shareholders. In the 9 years I have been associated with this company they have not bee able to get off this exchange, which they know they have to do, they have never done a public financing, which to my thinking is the only reason to go public. Until they brig in someone who knows how to run a public company nothing will change. They are a public company acting like a private company. They place no value on there shareholders.
