Let Me Put an End to Reverse Split Crap

Biel could have Reverse Split MANY time by Now.

It has NOT but if it had, it would have made,-----------------------

get ready for this ----------------- NO DIFFERENCE!!

Let's Suppose Biel had Reverse Split 3 times in the past 10 for 1.

20 Billion would have reduced to 2 Billion, then to 200, Million then to 20 Million Shares Outstanding.

Had that happened the Market Cap, Currently about $40 million would be? Well what would it be?

Would the Market Cap be----- Higher?------ Lower?------ The Same?

20 Million shares at $2.00 would be equivalent to todays price had this reverse split.

Market Cap would be $40 Million.

NO Matter How many shares you owned Your Percentage of Company Ownership would NOT have changed.

You would own the EXACT same percentage of the Market Cap!

Would the Market Cap have been MATERIALLY AFFECTED??

Would your Percentage of Ownership have Changed? no, No, nO NO, IT WOULD NOT HAVE CHANGED!!

So would the Market Cap be Higher?------Lower?---------THE SAME??
