I think .03s have a chance in the absence of a Q but don't see this going much lower than the 27 RSI that corresponded with a .027 SP last time it happened (review chart). I hope it does in the short term Don as I have money burning a hole in my pocket waiting for that low moment as do others. I'm just saying that right about the time all will lose faith there will be the 2 Qs staring us in the face and this babys goanna be pushed up big time (not saying it will hold). Flippers dream here right now. Hate to say it but true.
I personally am giddy over the low and potential lower SP in the short term and the opportunity it is creating for all as I am buying long. We must factor the current sSP in to the ability of this play to be highly manipulated though and I think I am being realistic in that regard.
I'll probably split the middle and pull the trigger at 30RSI with 1/2 my available cash regardless of where that puts SP and then again if we go sub 30 probably around 27 RSI if we get it and whatever SP it correlates with.
