Unfortunately, chanbond needs the extension to deal with the "other commitments" the judge mentioned in his order to vacate.

My case was nowhere near as big as this, obviously, but it still took the average case time -- 4 years. I think even with the latest extension, this will be over by next spring at the latest. Once chanbond disposes of the other three appeals, there's nothing left to do but settle this thing.

Sounds very reasonable.

But, Courts seem designed to allow the Big Shooters ample time to drag this out for many months and Years.

Unfortunately for ChanBond.
