Yes for sure this is real deal, but no PR is going to spark any retail buying pressure without someone building the chart, generating consistent volume and creating an uptrend.
Retail is simply not going to buy until someone builds it for them. If nobody from the inside is happy and accumulating this up on the ask, then it will never move.
