I believe the current management of CCTC never wanted to go public so as not to have to deal with vacillating throngs of shareholders. Their involvement, effort and current results are enough for me to be an appreciative participant. Too many cooks and kooks can spoil any broth. I have made my calculated risk with this company and suggest others do the same or get out. IMHO.
