Fact check: The current clown show that masquerades as management of CCTC had no choice about the company going public. It was already a public company when they came along. Had been for a long time. If they can't deal with "vacillating throngs of shareholders", whatever that is, they are the ones who need to 'get out", as you say.

You are correct. When Robin came in in 2010, one of the first things he said was just that. Being public does have benefits, and drawbacks. The previous regime unfortunately lacked any real business experience. They were great crooks and lacked all kinds of morals and ethics though, LOL.
