khenry458,Thank you for the PACER updates as always. May be nobody in the street care about this lawsuit, it actually is a big case that involves a huge amount of money in stake. There are a lot of actors put their souls into the case. I have not seen so many attorneys in one case plus a lot of experts too. Once the trial starts,must have a lot of fire work. One tiny spark of goo news for UOIP, will send the price much higher. We just be patience. I am long UOIP.
Thank you, Khenry! Wow, that's impressive. The USPTO asking that Arris's appeal be dismissed! What else can the court do? Hopefully, we'll see another update on the Arris appeal real soon.
As I read these documents, the PTAB Director is denying the Arris appeal, because, there is no statuatory process in the PTAB that allows a party (Arris) to appeal a non instituted IPR.
