"Now that RECAF is about to be commercialized, BOCX is going to begin focusing their resources on something so huge it is hard for me to explain. BOCX will be able to use a radiotag in conjunction with the RECAF test to locate exactly where the cancer is and track if it spreads."

The above quote from Lebed is not widely known and especially from someone so new to the stock so I think he really did speak with Wittenberg. This pumping is getting a little wild. There are lots of registered shares that are held by people close to the company and original investors. Could they be the ones wanting an exit?

It would be nice to know what is really going on. A buyer hits a 10k ask and then someone immediately sells it back down 2 cents with 1k shares?????

Now that things are starting to settle down, and this whole event has called into question which direction BOCX is heading, I'm curious if revisting some of Lebed's emails sheds any light.

In particular, Lebed sent out an email with virtually the exact text that appeared in the press release, before it was released. This tells me that regardless of his morals or place in society, at that time, he was "in the know".

The thing that I'm now pondering is a post that came out at that time. The sentence reads:
"Abbot Labs (NYSE: ABT) has been begging BOCX to get exclusive rights to their technology but BOCX only gave them semi-exclusive rights. "

Given that Lebed was "in the know" at that time, odds are good that this is at least a semi-accurate statement. At first glance this seems to be a good thing, but does anyone here think that could backfire on BOCX? If BOCX doesn't give Abbot an exclusive, could they (Abbot) just say "screw it, we're going to bury you" and then return the license.

Thoughts?
