Sinemia basically said in court today, Yeah we infringed the patent, but its because the patent isn't written correctly . its like saying yeah I robbed your house but you should have had better locks.
Motion to dismiss is a joke in this case, just lawyers collecting more fees. Moviepass certainly has a case to present. I think both parties will see the value in avoiding costly litigation and will merge.
