For some reason, I think the FDA will approve the Actipatch only on Friday or Saturday to protect investors from insiders having an edge. I could be mistaken though.

If FDA approves on Friday or Saturday, investors will know about it from the FDA website before market opens whether or not it was announced by Biel. Last time, however, Biel had a press release on Saturday because they were so excited to share with investors as soon as possible. I expect them to do the same here, regardless of what day it was approved. As such, it could be any day this week.

What! Do you think BIEL can go on like this for an extended amount of time (e.g., another year or two), without funds to speak of, lagging sells, no advertising and stay in business?
