Where did they announce that they were selling? Wasn't it an exercise of options and then sold the same day?

Do not believe they have to announce they are selling, but they have to report and file that they did sell in a couple of days after they executed their sale.

When does any insider have to warn you mo9nths in advance they intend to sell?
They just have to report that they did after the fact
