Mide posted just the other day that Rob Bleckman was working on the schedule for media day. If you recall, GTEM was seeking provisional patents before the media day event and it was "anticipated" not set in stone to happen by the end of October. Makes sense as they don't want anyone attending the media day to copy/steal their technology.
P.S. As a shareholder, I want the Sanswire engineers do a thorough job and include in exquisite detail everything possible in those patents in order to protect their work. Look at the Sanswire website: that's quite a bit of technology to describe for patent applications.
