Still sniveling about the the late valuation docs given to them on 9/28. Lol they did note that the extension is due "on part" to the appeal. It's due in large part to the appeal, and the arris appeal, and the rpx appeal. They just bombarded chanbond with appeal after appeal after appeal. Good for chanbond. Give them something to keep them busy while they kick some butt on these endless appeals.

I wonder if they're trying to get chanbond to drop the ball somewhere and get the case dismissed on a technicality?
