I humbly object to your pump that summus has little or no debt... there is no evidence that previous debts have been releived...

We know that several LOIs are pending on hold due to lack of funds....

We know that summus has a 2.5mil line of credit with some large banks... we do not know if dan has dipped in these funds or not...
