Well, if it can be proved that their dawdling is unreasonably, and their intractability is effecting BIEL by a greater degree, than other clearance candidates, then BIEL should have a case. The point I'm attempting to make is if the FDA's actions are proved damaging to BIEL in a prohibitive manner, IMO, that would be an easy case to make. GLTA!!!
