AIM and iNEMI are the acting as an umbrella over a consortium of companies in the establishment of standards being set for PIC developments

AIM Photonics announced their design software PDK from Synopsys back in July. Listen at 1:30 to hear they support polymers:



iNEMI released this project plan, and if you listen to Tom Marapode of Molex, it seems there is still struggle points beyond 25Gbs getting to 50Gbs
