I have kept a close eye on UOIP case as well as other patent lawsuit cases,
tiny companies or multi billion dollars companies. The companies with the backing of PTAB their patents, 99% are in a upper hand in court fight. So far I like what I have seen about UOIP, slowly but surely it will be on the
winning side. About the defendants delay tactic, I am very surprised that Judge
Andrews can make such a quick decision, order the parties work out a mutual
agreeable schedule, rather than let the schedule thing sit on his desk for
months and decide later on. It is a good sign for the case moves forward.

Agreed, rdb1. The probability of win is very high...It is just the WIN AMOUNT that is the main question here since there have not been many similar cases before this (according to our resident experts here).

With all the facts and news we have seen or heard this past couple of weeks and PTAB blessings of months past, I feel that our odds of winning have to be much higher than 70%. I don’t care how much we win but our chances have to be 90+%
