When investors see a subpenny stock first thing they see is toxic debt/scam/no real business etc. They look at it like a lottery ticket and will buy a little maybe on spec, but wont commit real dollars to buying. When you see a company at $1, revenue, CB as a spokesperson, funded, clean balance sheet, only 8M shares outstanding and $8M market cap, people will say the stock is dirt cheap.

People more willing to put $50k into a stock at $1 then they are for one at .004 for fear of toxic debt and going to trips

We will attract much better investors post split and this will have a big run, especially on near term news the CEO alluded to
