Yes, they can, and his A-shares is the main reason why we are trading this low (and hence suffering even more from the dilution), but I think they will have some difficult explaining to do if they increase AS and dilute heavily in 2019 after implementing the cash dividend policy (and then also stating that they expect to be cash flow positive mid/late Q4/18).

I believe that shareholders should elect the Board of Directors for TRW, preferable outside


We do want TRW to be as independent from SIAF as possible. However, with SIAF retaining 18.3% of the shares (and Solomon owning directly 2% ish post distribution) it would be strange to not have at least one director from SIAF (i.e Solomon).
