Do not know why, but everyone seems to be getting confused over what has been said.
1. The Natchez Plant will be reactors for the production of the fert and fuel.

2. The Vidalia Plant will be for Electric Generation using the fuel produced in Natchez.

The Natchez mayor is to concerned about a coal gasification project he has said was a done deal with no results.
