Canada and California actually got started with medical about the same time. Canada is just a little bit more relaxed and imprisoning people isn’t big business.

ACB Canada has incredible experience with Medical Marijuana legalized in 2001 Federally nationwide and Industrial Cannabis in the late 1990's. California is a leader, however, does not have "20" year on Canada:)
