If it takes more than 100 days by the FDA count for approval, then the FDA will issue a letter giving a reason why it is taking them longer than expected. As of right now, the 90 day expiration is end of next week. Remember that the clock stopped for a few weeks and reactivated because the FDA requested additional information and Biel delivered.
