#40 RE: Scumbag Fraudsters #38

Nice to meet you here SF.

I beg to differ about the importance of space. Without science and discovery, our world wouldn't be the same in many areas including health, technology, and well-being. Neil deGrasse Tyson interview about this topic:

Undoubtedly, the issues of world hunger and US citizens without healthcare need to be properly addressed. However, I don't believe it should be at the expense of science. Did you know NASA's 2017 budget of $19.3 billion represented just 0.49% of the US total budget of ~$4 trillion?

Right, we don't know the details of initial order placed by NASA to purchase KULR/NREL's ISC device. More details about ISC will bear out in the coming quarter(s).

I completely understand your skepticism about OTC companies. There's a lot of muck out there! Although there are many risks and obstacles for the Company to overcome, I believe KULR Tech has real potential to capture significant market share in the thermal management/battery storage game. In my opinion, carbon fiber makes a ton of sense for next-gen cost-effective passive thermal management. In the end, time will tell..

ISC was developed by NREL and NASA (National Renewable Energy Laboratories), which is the national laboratory of the U.S. Department of Energy. NREL/NASA awarded KULR Technology with an exclusive license to manufacture and sell the ISC device. You can go to NREL's web site to validate this (https://www.nrel.gov/news/program/2018/kulr-technology-exclusively-licenses-award-winning-battery-internal-short-circuit-device.html).

Regarding your comment about "giving" NASA the device in your analysis of the quote you cited from this press release, please note that the terms commercialization/commercial production by definition means to manage a business for profit or financial gain.

“As the exclusive commercialization partner for this ground-breaking technology, we will be providing NASA with initial test cells this quarter and ramp up commercial production in the Q119”
