That didn't stop the color pink lawsuit. Same guys attempting to retroactively protect the color pink with no trademark. Seems like an attempt to dilute the statement or a #metoo play from a company that attempts to retroactively protect the color pink as trade dress.
Ceramtec is not even a player in the big picture in my mind at this point. This all desperate clawing at an attempt to maintain industry relevance. Kyocera and Coorstek are in a much stronger position as a company in my opinion. Analysts where expecting a bid from kyocera on the sell off to BC partners. They're speaking volumes to me.
