So, I do have a choice, I can pay $600 for Primary Care Plan, no deductible or pay $120 for high deductible plan, $3000 for drugs, $6000 for major medical procedures. Seriously, don't know how some folks make it these days especially when it's against the law not to have medical coverage

Where on earth are you getting a high deductible plan for only $120/mo?!? Two of my self employed friends have high deductible ACA plans and they're paying $500 per month! And neither one has seen a doctor in years, too expensive except for emergencies - that's why I've always called ACA plans catastrophic coverage, not health insurance.
