Also, any settlement or buyout will most likely include royalty for future infringement cause it will take a long time and money to try to transit to a different technology by these cable companies.

I cannot forecast what the settlement will be.
The only thing I know is that #1 we have infringements on 3 patents.
#2 we have 13 cable companies who infringed on 3 patents.
Please correct me if I am wrong. But as I see it there’s a lot more money here with the 3 patents and 13 companies. So then if we only had one infringement with one cable companies, my guess is that we would get a lot less.
