"Good news" is relative. Ch. 11 reorg for Tesla would be considered good news for those who truly care about the company's long-term survival and the environment. Not so much for the shareholder cult members who lie to themselves about caring about such things when they're really just driven by their own greed.
I am 99% sure it is good news or I would not have spent my last dime on buying calls today. I spoke with one of the previous board members of Tesla yesterday and he was all fired about about how Tesla has overtaken every other car in its class. It’s the future for creating a cleaner environment.
You can only hope.....I will probably buy a straddle 5mins before close....that’s a bet on a big move....for me to profit, Tesla has to go up or down by more than 10%...that’s very much possible but this is not one to trust..
