Facebook, Twitter say no election meddling from China detected, Bloomberg says
Officials at Facebook (FB) and Twitter (TWTR) said that they have not found Chinese meddling in the 2018 election, Bloomberg reports. The move casts doubt on claims by U.S. President Donald Trump that the country is trying to interfere, the report notes. "When we think about China, we haven't seen the same sort of coordinated operations involving information operations as we have from the other nation states," Nathaniel Gleicher, head of cybersecurity policy at Facebook, told reporters. A Twitter representative told Bloomberg in an email that the company has not identified any coordinated activity from China.

If it chops in that area and breaks 2500 with volume...next stop 2250-2400. Still staying relatively sidelined minus some VXX plays intraday.
