I don't know what you mean by this. I'm kind of talking about a 7-10 year time frame here. And that's because financing will always be a problem.
They will have to start with the $100M loan for TRW. Throw in another $100M of pre-IPO finanincing. For starters. Another $250M from the IPO. lol. And then, I looked this up, some of these cooperatives are set up as investment vehicles. So they may be able to finance some of it.
But... perhaps 3 years from now we will be at 8,000 mu. And the market can see (predict) 42,000 mu. That is all we need.
42,000 mu = 340,000 MT btw. Similar to the MegaFarm. This is what you would expect from a company like CA/TRW. This is what you would expect these companies to achieve in the long run.
