I don't know about you but I haven't sold any at a loss yet!

I have sold plenty at a profit, but NONE AT A LOSS.

You ever flip a house..

If you did, you would know you got to put money in to it and be at a loss for a while, before you sell it at large profits.

Very comfortable here, reconstruction has only been going on for 18 months we are getting much closer to finishing up.

Luck not needed only results.
