They make no comment on the common shares. They are stating that the common shareholders are getting NOTHING from the liquidation.

If someone wants to buy stock in a company that now contains no assets at all...they are free to do so.

Once the US Court eliminates the remaining debt when this is over, they will cancel the equity.

And then BIOAQ shareholders will see a post from me that looks something like one of these...

PwC received a letter from a attorney on behalf of a group of shareholders - called the Crane letter.

I am not certain what is so difficult to understand - as it clearly states that all offers were not sufficient to provide a recovery to parties other than the company's creditors.

You are a shareholder in the company - certainly not a creditor - but let me guess in BioAmber the Common shareholders are creditors.
