So where’s it say the common shares are dead..they”re trying to tell you something without disclosing the closure of the deal...The NOLS were worth as much if not more than the debt alone..but there’s requirements to access those NOLS ...I guess it’s only a few 100 million in tax losses by Bioaq..they don’t want those tax shelters..All the best in future reports..
