Here you go this may help. I think Laurs got a little ttoo big for his britches and wanted to run everything in the software Dept and trying to tell Cycloides what to do So he had to go. A very smart person but not a loss as the company has found others.

1) ANDI was probably supposed to pay an up front fee. Who would work for a stinky-pinky on the honor system of getting paid later??

2) He was consulting on apps. He had nothing to do with the actual phones.

Regardless, two things here:

1) His claim they didn’t pay him as the reason they parted ways suggests obviously there was something he was doing for which he should’ve been compensated...if only we knew what that was.

2) Ilja had every opportunity to say he parted ways because there were no phones, no software...essentially, no company. Clearly, that wasn’t said.
