Not so sure about your thinking in terms of buy low, sell high. That may apply your usual holdings but this is like a cow to be milked for a monthly allowance. I sense a double standard's in play.
When an income producer drops into a crazy low range, I buy, figuring the pendulum will eventually bring about a rebalancing. Meanwhile, I get to collect my regular income. Conversely I'll sell part or all when the gains are crazy good.
I guess it comes down to how we handle extremes. There'll always be mixed reactions to serve us all.
