Ok. Thanks Jerry. That clarifies where you are coming from, and I suspect is actually less radical than some longs might think was your position. As you know, I'm missing pieces to the puzzle, and I have only read parts of the regs, so it is hard for me to understand why they had to go this private route, and why they kept using predicted trial-end-carrots*, and why they called the bottom and supported Cognate buyout when they did.

*(although I think I understand in hindsight, based upon NICE QALY longterm survivor requirements, why they took the trial out this long)
