that is incorrect. not all phase 3 take 'years' or have 'hundreds of thousands of patients' or cost 'double digit millions of dollars' bro - depending on what it is, etc, etc. that is a VAST over-generalization.
having said that, this CEO should step aside. We need a CEO who is aggressive, has financial connections, well connected in pharmaceuticals, and knows how to lead, and champion a cause in an overwhelming way.
This thing should be sold to a major pharm company.
