Would normally agree, but this one is followed by an uplist. Surely, there will be some volatility post RS, but it will recover in anticipation of an uplist and knowing dilution is done for a year. Even then, shares can’t be issued for less than today’s $.005, the future’s $1.25...all in the 8K and the contract with the 11 investors therein.
But as you say, RSs can be a little unpredictable. Nothing’s guaranteed, but how many have you sat through, that were followed by an uplist? They recover.
