EXACTLY!! The company has $3.5M in CASH but the current market cap is only 1.4M?? WAY undervalued here, the reversal here will be incredible IMO

Correct - I just got a response from IR stating that the remaining management is in process of searching for sale/merger of the company and assets.

ZERO debt here, cash value alone of .08 cents a share.
