K marts real estate holdings were a measly $16.6 bill

This is why I reiterate that even if only 24 bill comes back here, we're probably just fine

The difference was that K mart kept selling those assets, where our assets would in fact would keep PRODUCING INCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leverage 24 bill say 10 times and ya have 240 bill, now loan that out at say 5% annually and ya have aprox 12 bill a year income stream!!!!!!!! Plus we would as well service those, so it picks up another 1/2%, or $1.2 bill more.


But yeppeers they have to get back here SOMEHOW (there's the CUE)


$13.1 bill with a TOS of say 125,000,000 shares and ya have gross earnings on that alone being $104 per share gross earnings.

Now this doesn't even include the current 500 bill PLUS they already service and make money on..


This is where people are getting off the page imho, as big as this appears it could be even on the low side 24 bill , this company is being set up to be a HUGE CONGLOMERATE!!!!!!!
