No one knows what the actual contract dispute is about and who is right and who is wrong. All we know is that it was said that the costs were higher and it did not specify as to why or what.
But let me tell you this - It also does note Bode Well for a CRO who makes a contract with a BioTech company and comes out with inflated costs that we're not in the upfront monthly status report to IPIX as to the current spend.
So before you claim that it's all Leo's fault, just think about the possibility that Leo is actually countering the CRO's costs overruns claim and possibly negotiating a fair median between what they want to be paid and what IPIX is willing to pay in additional money besides what their signed contract states.
